What to Expect

Did you know that our industry is now governed by the BC Financial Services Authority?  With this new regulator, purchasers are more protected than before.  However services provided to buyers may be different from past experiences.  Once the process is started (offer) a realtor may act more like a lawyer by presenting you with extra documentation that is necessary to finalize a purchase.
